How Do Roles Work?
Punchlist users can have two roles: Reviewer or Approver. You set a user’s role at the time they are invited to your project, but you can change their role at any time by accessing the Share pop-up from your project.
A Reviewer is someone who you’ve asked to leave feedback on a project. They can create text or video feedback, upload files, and add comments.
An Approver is someone you want to sign off on a project. Approvers will receive an email when you change the project status to ‘Ready for Approval’ asking them to visit the project. On each page of the project, they’ll be able to give approval in one click. They’ll also be able to leave feedback if there are outstanding items on the project.
